Configuration and Reservation System for Concert Halls
Sikora, Vít ; Burget, Radek (referee) ; Zendulka, Jaroslav (advisor)
This paper describes the implementation of a web application that enables configuring events in concert halls and defining sections and seats in those halls. Furthermore, application can run in a mode for end users that enables placing reservations in previously defined halls. Certain emphasis is placed on customizability so that it would be easy to integrate this application into an existing system. Implementation is divided into server part (REST API) realized using PHP 7 with Restler framework and to client part built as a single page application using modern Javascript (ECMAScript 2016) with React framework and transpiled to common Javascript and HTML using Webpack and Babel.

Activation of retail centre
Šellongová, Slavka ; Matoušková, Petra (referee) ; Žalmanová, Petra (advisor)
(hyper- prefixoid? gr.? large, redundant, exaggerated) Shop fast. Shop efficiently. Close to. At the best price. Economically advantageous. Timesaving. Check-in and save time. Glory to the hypermarket. Finally, the effort to save time with shopping under one roof and the valuable idea of spending time with family or close friends somehow doesn't work. Trade and the market mean the movement of people, and it is not entirely possible for it to be marginalized. Because people are drawn where there are people, where there is business. Pulling from the city, the streets to closed worlds. To the boxes that are not interested in being part of the city. Except they still are. Even though they build a wall of parking spaces around them and operate on their island, they are still part of the city, although they do not want to see it. They are so looked at themselves that they also let people look only at themselves. Maybe they're just setting up a human mirror. What will be and what could be different in the future when looking for answers, what about empty spaces. How to answer it today. I come up with a specific example of a hyper-surplus-market in Bardejov, which remained after the departure of the Hypernova chain from the commercial market. The city lacks a hall that could be replaced by a sports hall deck. A hall where seniors would occasionally go to see their grandchildren's performances or where the petty bourgeoisie could enjoy and provoke the local amateur theatre. However, where teenagers would come to spend their free time even during a normal day, mothers would have a replacement for the park on cold days and people could find space to start their own business.
New town hall for the district Brno-North
Janoušek, Martin ; Nový, Alois (referee) ; Nový, Vítězslav (advisor)
The task of the diploma work was to design a city hall for Brno-North. It is situated in the area of the Blackfields barracks for which I've made urban design in last semester. The concept of the design is based on the simple idea of two patios - one green court surrounded by offices of various official unions for which it serves as an element of calmness and clear communication in the workplace. Second 'patio' is its spatial counterpoint, a large hall where all the significant ongoing negotiations are hold. In short, a relationship of execution and decision. Interiors offer plenty of meeting and communication spaces, meeting rooms, all united by the space at the south side of the building, which opens gradually on each floor offering an overview across the whole space. The mass of the building itself is compact on the outside, long (southern) facade is facing the square. The external appearance of the building is articulated within the construction module and reflects inner spaces. While the facade of the administrative part of the building reflects more the system and repetition, southern facade uses more open and subtle expression.

The aim of the work is to determine or estimate the costs associated with the operation of specific objects, analyze the possible revenues and specify aspects affecting the profitability of sports facilities. Evaluation of objects is done according to the current valuation rules. For the evaluation of specific objects was necessary to obtain the supporting documents relevant to the economic and technical documentation. The obtained data shows, that both sports complexes underwent the major renovation which contributed to the improvement of the economic situation and the overall improvement of the stabilization of sports facilities standard. The above mentioned objects are owned and managed by the city of Vyškov. An integral part of the work is a systematic summary of the collected and calculated data, on the basis of which it was proposed optimal solutions to economic profitability of both objects which significantly affect their price. An important aspect for the purpose of this work is the profitability of both sports arenas and criteria which significantly affect the profitability. It was examined what is eligibility of assessment by means of the cost price, time price, revenue rate and reproductive value.
